Here is our very own Coldplay "Viva la Vida" video. This was an impromptu performance in December--obviously nothing was on TV and we didn't have Guitar Hero yet. At first it's just Anna, and then one by one they all join in, even Jeremy.
Friday Fill-ins:
1. Enough with the hot weather in winter!!!!!!!
2. Pretty much everything in life causes me to be conflicted.
3. I've been craving more time to read...and brownies.
4. Seeing my reflection in the showerhead makes me laugh.
5. I wish I could go to boot camp next week.
6. Food storage has been on my mind lately.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to sleeping, tomorrow my plans include finishing my vacation scrapbook (fingers crossed), and Sunday, I want to sleep in, the only good thing about 1:00 church!
I haven't read more than about ten minutes a day this week (and yes, I am still alive) so today's words just come from a song on the radio this morning. I always think about this phrase from John Mellencamp's song "Jack and Diane":

I've been procrastinating doing a slide show of AZ pics. Hmmm... could it be because there are almost a thousand pictures to go through? Could it be the trauma of seeing pictures of myself (the camera does add 30 pounds, right? Oh, that's right...it's 50. Whew! Maybe I don't have to diet.) But being able to see several pictures of Megan helped me survive the agonizing process, and I deleted a couple of myself (that will put me in the doghouse with Dan, but it's SO worth it).

So this is what I've been doing since we got home. I feel pretty lousy with what is evidently Phase 2 of "the cold." If I can't sleep, I may be posting lots of videos to my music blog for entertainment.
