I already knew she was terrific, but today Amy received the Terrific Kids award for "doing a great job." Her teacher is back now after over two weeks absence, so hopefully things will stabilize. Amy said that someone asked her teacher why she was gone and she said that she bought a new house, had to decorate it, and then had to rest. Personally, I think she had a nervous breakdown and this was her euphamistic answer. I guess we'll never know because I know I won't ask! Anyway, I'm proud of Amy, and she gets to get a free kid's meal from Chick-fil-a. "Eat more chickin!"

Tiffani stole my comment. Anyway, I'm glad Amy's teacher is back. That's hard for everyone when "life" happens to a teacher. The students, parents, school-- basically EVERYONE is affected by it. Keep doing a great job, Amy!! I'm sure we'll see a blog from you soon??
